We collect information you provide directly, including: name, email address, knife listings, transaction history, XRPL wallet addresses (public), guild memberships, and messages sent through the platform. We do not collect payment card information directly.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: operate and improve the platform; facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers; send notifications about your listings, offers, and transactions; enforce our Terms of Service; and comply with legal obligations.
3. XRPL Blockchain Data
Transactions processed via the XRP Ledger are recorded on a public blockchain. Wallet addresses and transaction amounts may be publicly visible on-chain. BladeVault does not control what is publicly visible on the XRPL.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: other users as necessary to complete transactions (e.g., sharing your email with a buyer/seller); service providers who assist in platform operations; and law enforcement when required by law.
5. Investor Interest Data
Information submitted through investor interest forms is stored securely and used only to contact you regarding BladeVault's future capital-raising activities. This data is never sold or shared with third parties. Submitting an interest form does not create any legal obligation on either party.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at sintheshade@gmail.com.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Use the platform at your own risk.
8. Children's Privacy
BladeVault is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
