Materials Marketplace Discounts
20% of platform profits fund a materials purchasing credit pool. Officially ranked guilds in the top 5% receive percentage discounts on materials purchased through BladeVault's sale side — with higher-ranked guilds earning a greater discount ratio.
Discounts apply at checkout when purchasing forge materials, steel stock, handle materials, and forge supplies listed on BladeVault. Funded from the 20% materials credit allocation of platform profits.
How Skill Points Work
At the end of each season, the top 5% of guilds by score receive Skill Points (SP) distributed to every active guild member's Skill Tree.
SP can be used to unlock forge upgrades, special listings, reduced platform fees, and exclusive guild abilities in the Skill Tree system.
Competition Rules
- Open to all forge owners with an active brand on BladeVault.
- Rankings update automatically based on completed transactions, average review scores, and design votes.
- Design votes are cast by the community — one vote per user per forge per year.
- At season end, the top 5% of guilds earn Skill Points for every member: Top 1% = 500 SP, Top 3% = 250 SP, Top 5% = 100 SP.
- SP is distributed to all active guild members and applied to their Skill Tree.
- Ranked guilds also receive materials marketplace discounts: Top 1% = 20% off, Top 3% = 12% off, Top 5% = 5% off — funded from the platform's 20% materials credit pool.
- Fraudulent activity or review manipulation results in disqualification.
